Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you are planning on travelling distance to attractions, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for professional advice.

The Cut Visitor Centre, Shrewsbury

Shropshire Wildlife Trust's The Cut Visitor Centre is the perfect place to stop for a wander and drink, or even to browse for gifts.
Nature conservation begins at home. Shropshire Wildlife Trust's headquarters in Shrewsbury includes a garden incorporating vegetable beds, climbing roses, a solar fountain, many interesting fruit trees and shrubs and a wooded area with spring bulbs. Wildflowers and other plants are on sale during spring and summer and the shop stocks a wide range of bird food and feeders along with numerous gift items and greeting cards.
Visitors can buy refreshments and take a seat in the quiet surroundings of our garden, or indoors in the historic buildings, which were once part of the nearby abbey.
